In a video that has gone viral on social media platforms of two security officers manning SANG'ALO INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY BUNGOMA who inhumanely mishandled a student that reports indicates was left almost to death, Bungoma Senatorial aspirant Hon.
