  Irine Nafula's condition. Irine Nafula is from malaha area, Kibisi location, Maeni ward in Kimilili Constituency of Bungoma county.  She is a mother of six, leading a hard life with a hustling husband who works as a Boda Boda riding someone's mortobike which makes it difficult to manage raising their family because of their humble lifestyle. Irine has a lump at the lower parts of her face evident from the video clip as a result of Goiter which is said to have been lately discovered and she has nothing to do in arresting the situation as she was reffered to Refferal hospital with Kshs 10,000/= required to know the extension of her condition and an estimate of over Kshs 200,000/= required to get the condition treated since she is not enlisted on the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) Irine's condition is worsening as she finds it difficult to engage in conversation and difficulty in eating as confirmed by the husband, Mr. Amos.
