Photo courtesy- Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa & Ford Kenya's Wafula Wakoli The senatorial by-election race in Bungoma gets more interesting every passing day with twists and turns as far as the race is concerned. Yesterday on endorsing a Ford Kenya Party Candidate for the senate seat, there were claims made by one of the members of Parliament elected on a UDA Party ticket that UDA will be supporting a Ford Kenya candidate in the by-election. However, the claims were swiftly dismissed by one of the UDA aspirants Hon. Walter Mukinginyi Trenk who termed the claims as wild and unfortunate.   Hon. Trenk said in a statement seen by our reliable source that the UDA party will be fielding a candidate in the by-election and that no relevant organ of the party has ever met to discuss the position taken by the said member of Parliament.  The position taken by the Kimilili Member of Parliament is a personal one and is against the party rules and the Kenyan law governing the conduct of members
