The latest happenings in the Bungoma Senate race is that things have taken an interesting twist as the immediate former Bumula Member of Parliament Mr. Moses Mwambu Mabonga realized that he had lost the ticket to newcomer Walter Mukinginyi Trenk on a technicality. Mr. Mabonga failed to submit his application as an aspirant to the party before the closing of the exercise on the 13th of October which had been set by the IEBC.
