IEBC Vice chair person Juliana Cherera has today tendered her resignation letter as the Commision's Vice Chair. Her resignation follows that of Commisioner Justus Nyang'aya recently who also resigned as a Commisioner of the Independent body. Cherera and Nyang'aya were among the four IEBC desenting Commisioners who disputed Chairman's Wafula Chebukati's results of announcing President William Samoei Ruto as the President-elect.
