Hon Raidon Munoko, Bungoma county senatorial hopeful.

Bungoma is set to go into a by election following the resignation of former senator, Moses Masika Wetangula, and his elevation to the National Assembly speaker.

This will be a highly contested race with aspirants lining up and aligning themselves the best way they can to take up the roles of representing Bungoma in the senate.

Among the many aspirants, Hon. Raidon Munoko is also into the race confident that it is time for the youths of Bungoma to prove what they can deliver to the world.

Who is Raidon Munoko?

Raidon Wekesa Munoko is from Soysambu-Mitua ward of Tongaren sub-county, Bungoma County. He has declared interest for the senatorial position in the upcoming by-elections. , He is Grita Muthoni Koue's former running mate for president of the Republic of Kenya in the just concluded 2022 general elections.

Raidon Munoko is a former SONU student leader at the College of Architecture and Engineering at the University of Nairobi and current patron of Wanati Washatii- a local youth-led music group with over 14 million views on YouTube. He is also the national chairperson of Youth4Youth- a youth network that amplifies the voice and space of young people in political party leadership,

Hon Raidon Munoko was Born in 1992 in the then-Sinoko Sub-location of Bungoma East, he was raised in various regions as he sought quality education,

He went through Luuya Primary School Kwanza in Kwanza Sub-county, TransNzoia county, Kapchonge DEB in Tongaren Sub-county, Bungoma county, Mwambu Primary School in Tongaren Sub-county, Bungoma county and Mlela Academy in Likuyani Sub-county, Kakamega County.

High school : 

Hon Raidon Munoko received his secondary education from the famous Starehe Boys’ Centre & School, Nairobi county.

University :

The hopeful senatorian Candidate studied Bachelor of Quantity Survey at The University of Nairobi, College of Architecture and Engineering. 

As far as his Profession is concerned, Hon Raidon Munoko is a Registered Quantity Surveyor.
