Hon. Wycliffe Musalia Mudavadi, EGH takes oath of office as the Prime Cabinet Secretary of the republic of Kenya.

What you need to know;

✓Hon. Musalia Mudavadi was sworn into office as Kenya's Prime Cabinet Secretary today Thursday October 27th 2022.

✓ Unlike the Norm, Quaker faith and practice prohibits it's believers to hold a bible and swear .

✓Hon. Musalia Mudavadi formerly served as the Party leader, Amani National Congress, ANC, a constituent party in the rulling Kenya Kwanza government.

After spending almost 10years outside government, Kenya's economy boy Wycliffe Musalia Mudavadi is now back and better.

Mudavadi was nominated by President William Samoei Ruto as per the Kenya Kwanza coalition agreement into the new powerful position of the prime cabinet secretary and has then been approved by parliament.

Mudavadi was officially sworn into office today at State House Kenya, an event that was attended by the President, Dr. William Ruto.

The former ANC Party Leader took into his social spaces to thank the president of believing in him and assured kenyans of delivering his best in curing the country's ailing economy.  

With Musalia Mudavadi, there is no doubt of delivery for his past glittering record in government as well the popular phrase he associates with, "Promise What you can Deliver and Deliver what you promised."

I promise the President and the people of Kenya that I will serve them with utmost dedication to the best of my ability and within the confines of the Constitution of Kenya. I am fully awake to the many challenges that lie ahead of us even as we embark on the Herculean task of transforming the country's battered economy and restore dignity to the lives of our people.

Being a Quaker man and one who deeply believes in the confines of the Quaker faith and practices, the Prime Cabinet Secretary did not use a bible while taking the oath of office.

On the other hand, ANC Party through its Party secretary general Mr. Simon Gikuru confirmed the appointment of Lamu Governor, Issa Timamy as the new acting party leader after the exit of Musalia Mudavadi.

The ANC Council Bureau has since nominated Hon. Governor Issa Abdallah Timamy as the acting Party leader in accordance with the ANC party constitution." The ANC Party wishes H.E Mudavadi God's blessings in his service as Prime Cabinet Secretary and heartily welcomes Gov. Issa Timamy into his new role as party leader."

After long campaigns,Kenyans are now boldly looking at the government in which the economy boy Musalia Mudavadi is number three to deliver their best.

To Musalia Mudavadi, Kenyans must be ready to accept painful decisions that will be taken by the government of the day to ensure a better tomorrow for the country.
