• Hon Julius Masinde today attended a number of church services to explain to the christian community his senate desires.

• He was in Bumula Constituency, Kanduyi, Webuye West and Tongaren constituencies.

• He encouraged the church and believers to elect a God fearing Senator for Bungoma to be safe going forward.

• He noted that change was necessary in Bungoma's leadership structure and that he is the desired change.

Bungoma Senatorial hopeful Hon. Julius Masinde was today a congregant in several churches across Bungoma county.

The confident independent candidate for the senate position was on a mission to woe the church and believers across the county to support his Senatorial bid.

He insisted on the need for electing a God fearing leader of his calibre to liberate Bungoma by all means through prayers, hard work and determination.

Hon Masinde was in among many, at Kabula Catholic parish Bumula Constituency, Christian Restoration Center Kanduyi -Kanduyi constituency, Matisi praise center in Webuye West and later at St. Stephens Mukuyuni ACK in Tongaren Constituency. 

I encourage you as  Christians in Bungoma to elect a God fearing senator who will hold the county government accountable and support it's programs where need be. There is no better choice than Julius Masinde, elect me to the legislative and oversight house to receive the best services of a Senator you ever thought was practical. ~~Hon. Masinde stressed the need to elect a Senator who will oversight the county government genuinely, correcting them where correction is needed and supporting them where support has to be offered.

To him, a good Senator is not that who will keep on clapping even as situations change but one who will stand firm to ensure accountability in managing 'Mwananchi' resources. 

On his legislative proposals and agenda once elected Senator, Masinde promised to ensure fairness in 'boda boda' supplies especially to those selling motorcycles on loan which ends up paying  them double the initial price. He stated that the 4% charge imposed per month should be per annum if they are to be fair.

Being an entrepreneur who has done business in the county with experience on the way the county government taxes it's traders, Hon. Masinde alias Hustler We Kamaki decried the many taxes imposed on traders and promised to take charge in streamlining the tax process and ensure that traders are taxed once.

Hon. Julius Masinde has preached his senate gospel of hope that to many is sinking deeper day by day.

He promised to work hand in hand with the church once elected to ensure Bungoma county is one that draws it's guidance from the holy scriptures.
