On the youth Agenda, Masinde is keen to ensure their high numbers matters on the decision making table in Bungoma. Vying as a Senator and being one of the Youths, to him is a clear indicator that more doors will be opened for the Young people.

On the Women Agenda, Masinde promises to champion for their rights and initiate projects that supports development of their initiatives across the county.

Together with the Youths, Masinde once elected into the senate promises to be on the lead to develop talents and ensure a fair society that is non-discriminative in terms of gender.

On the elderly, he has crafted a clear plan that once given responsibilities will see him involved in as many community programs as possible that are geared towards the well being of elders in ensuring they effectively participate in the growth of the society as far as playing their advisory and counseling roles is concerned together with the church.

Masinde wants a society that is respectful as well fair to people living with dissabilities. He promises to be the voice of reason for PWD's in championing for their welfare.

Him being an entrepreneur, business people in Bungoma of all sectors have been promised of a much favourable business environment once he assumes office as the Senator.
