What you need to know; 

  • Hon. Julius Masinde yesterday Wednesday engaged voters from his township Ward Kanduyi Constituency.

  • He was on a mission to solidify his support base in his home Ward.

  • Masinde promised to offer solutions to the enormous problems in the county once elected to the senate.

  • He will be facing IEBC today afternoon for clearance.
Hon. Julius Masinde was a guest to several groups of people in his home Ward, Township Ward of Kanduyi Constituency to solidify on his ward support base.

Hon. Masinde Engaged residents of Sinoko area,kanduyi show ground as well mama mboga and the kanduyi hustler community where he encouraged them to elect a senator who will fight for solutions to the numerous challenges in the county.

Hon. Masinde was optimistic that his desire to serve in the capacity of a Senator will come through on December 8th and that from his services the people of Bungoma will be proud of the choice they will have sent to the Senate.

I have presented my candidature to the people of Bungoma and am pretty much hopeful that in me is the solution to the numerous challenges in our county. My win on December 8th will be a win for everyone as my tenure in the senate will be worth a brag of your vote and the choice you made, sending me to the upper house to represent you as your Senator. ~~Hon. Hon. Masinde has been consistent about the plight of local small scale traders including the "Mama Mboga" and other players in the Jua Kali industry, promising to raise their concerns to the relevant authorities and always supporting their hustles where need be.


Hon. Julius Masinde is expected to meet the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission today for clearance to vie for the senate seat.

His entourage is expected to arrive at the IEBC offices in Bungoma by 3:00PM in the afternoon to present his certificates as well for the commission to verify signatures collected as far as independent candidature is concerned.

On approval by the commission that Hon. Masinde is fit to vie and occupy the senate seat, he is expected to hit the road running, back to his campaigns in convincing the people of Bungoma that his aspirations are way far better than anyone's in building a successful County.
