The luncheon provided an opportunity to celebrate the transformation work being witnessed in the community and other parts of the country and Africa in the area of wealth creation , food and nutrition security, climate change adaptation and job creation through the Christian Impact Mission(CIM).

Hon. Wafukho has been closely associated with the CIM Transformation Development Model where he supported Bishop Masika in the formulation and implementation of the transformation model, right from inception in 2004 when it was just an idea, to the current moment when the model has been implemented in more than 45 countries across Africa .

Israel , USA and UK are some of the countries that have supported the transformation initiative, viewing it as a game changer in building prosperous, cohesive and stable society.

With impactful moves in Bungoma and Western Kenya at large, his involvement in community development ideas has placed him at a central angle with many watching his steps keenly to just know what might be up next for the immediate former CAS National treasury and Planning.
