"I applaud the President for taking a bold and very necessary step to dismiss all the Cabinet Secretaries. It was necessary and a decision whose time had come considering the nature of the immediate former CS's of this republic of Kenya," Khaemba asserted.

Khaemba further urged the Speaker of the National Assembly and Ford Kenya party leader, Hon. Moses Wetangula, to seize any opportunity provided by the President to propose new names for Cabinet Secretary positions from Bungoma and the Western Region. He emphasized the importance of selecting individuals who possess integrity and are committed to serving the interests of the community.

"I want also to urge the Speaker of the National Assembly, also the Ford Kenya party leader, Hon. Moses Wetangula, if the President gives you a chance to propose some names for appointment as Cabinet Secretaries from Bungoma and the Western Region, please go for someone who has manners and is willing to carry the interests of the community, not as it was with what we had," Khaemba stated.

"We need someone who goes to fight for the community instead of firing our sons and daughters at NHIF, KEMSA, among others."

Highlighting past grievances, Khaemba stressed the necessity of choosing leaders who can empower the community while serving the nation.

"We need people with integrity who can as well empower the community as they serve the nation in whatever capacity. On this, we must tell you so that we don't regret as we've been in the recent past before the President did us proud."

Khaemba’s remarks reflect a widespread desire for accountable and community-focused leadership, a sentiment that resonates deeply within the Bungoma and Western Region communities. His call for integrity and empowerment sets a high standard for future appointees and underscores the need for reform in the nation’s leadership.

Hon, Wakili Bryan Khaemba

Wakili Bryan Khaemba's statement stands as a clarion call for change, urging those in power to prioritize the welfare and representation of their communities in the national agenda.
