Michelle Simiyu from Maeni ward is the latest beneficiary of the Koloboy Bursary Program, a critical initiative aimed at supporting the education of vulnerable students. This program, spearheaded by Hon. Michael Koloboy, has once again demonstrated its commitment to ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder academic aspirations.

In a recent visit by the Koloboy Bursary Program team to Michelle's school, the deputy principal expressed gratitude for the timely intervention.

"Thank you to the deputy principal for receiving Team MK, who visited the school to clear fees," stated Hon. Koloboy. "Michelle has been missing school because of lack of fees. Our constitution recognizes education as the only equalizer for the most marginalized and vulnerable in Article 43.1 and 53.1."

Hon. Koloboy emphasized the constitutional mandate to support education, highlighting that the debate on whether to approve bursaries for the most vulnerable should not even exist.

"Kenyans spoke in the constitution, and those in office are only there to implement. End of discussions. This is what I will be defending in parliament as your MP," he asserted.
